Pricing & Rental Information

Badger Farms, LLC – Barn Wedding & Banquet Hall – offers a private, no-distractions private event venue near Madison, WI for you and your guests. Below is information on our minimum rates, cost breakdowns, and information on deposits and payment.

Minimum Fee Requirement

Weddings:  Ceremony and/or Reception

2017 Rate

  • Mondays-Saturdays, Holidays & Holiday Eves – $4,500 minimum* (When you book any day Monday – Saturday, the previous day is included in the rate for set up and preparation for the next day’s event.)
  • Sundays – $3,000 minimum

2018 Rate

  • Mondays-Saturdays, Holidays & Holiday Eves – $4,500 minimum* (When you book any day Monday – Saturday, the previous day is included in the rate for set up and preparation for the next day’s event.)
  • Sundays – $3,000 minimum

The *minimum rate is a base rate that includes the individual rental fees associated with amenities like tables, linens, chairs, audio, etc. Please click on the pricing grids below for a breakdown of those individual rental fees. For weddings of 130 people or higher, these pricing grids will assist you in determining how these fees will apply at your wedding reception.  Sales tax will be added onto the total cost.

Cost Breakdowns

2017 Costs:

  • Barn room rental fee – $7.00/person
  • Shop room rental fee – $7.00/person
  • Seating fee – $6.00/person (Includes white resin chair, round and/or rectangular table seating 8, and a white table cloth)
  • Place setting fee – $6.00/person (Includes white dinner plate, salad plate, and appetizer or dessert plate, dinner fork, salad fork, knife, spoon, champagne flute, wine goblet, handled Ball jar, and white paper napkin, and the eventual cleaning thereof)
  • Bistro (cocktail) tables are available for $10 each, or with white table cloth they are available for $15 each
  • Tables for a buffet, gifts, guestbook, seating assignment, and appetizers are provided at no charge.
  • Table cloths for these tables are $9 each.
  • External Sound systems and equipment:  $150/$250/$350.  Refer to audio visual page for additional information.  Internal sound systems are included in the rental of The Barn or The Shop.

2018 Costs:

  • Barn room, Shop room and Seating (all-inclusive*) rental fee:  $24.00 / person
  • Add place settings:  $6.00 /person

*This rate includes bistro tables, linens, and outdoor sound.

For other events, the rental fees for use of either The Barn OR The Shop space:

2017 -2018     $350

Sales tax will be added onto the total cost.

Deposits and Payment

  • A deposit of $750 will secure the date for you. The balance of the total rental fee is due and payable to Badger Farms on the day before your wedding/event celebration.
  • All rates are subject to Wisconsin sales tax. If your group is tax exempt, please submit a copy of the tax exempt certificate with the deposit.
  • Estimated final head count must be submitted 1 day prior to the event.
